We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to join our team. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Java programming training courses to equip aspiring developers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the Java development field.
- Create and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to cover fundamental and advanced Java programming concepts.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to individuals or groups of aspiring Java developers.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Java development trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that training materials remain relevant and beneficial.
- Proven experience as a Java developer with strong expertise in Java programming, including knowledge of Java SE and Java EE.
- Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or training in a professional or educational setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using Java development tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for guiding others in their learning journey.
- Java-related certifications, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCP), are a plus.
